Focus on the theories, processes and applications of teacher professional development. Special attention is given to appraisal and supervision, collegiality, and effective group work practices. Examination of current initiatives with a particular focus on reflective practice, coaching and mentoring. Participants develop the knowledge and skills needed to facilitate the professional growth of others. |
