Aims to sensitise participants to the occurrence of occupational health problems emanating from occupational stress, but is also concerned with the role of work in creating a positive emotional experiences such as fun, happiness and excitement. It deals with models of job-related well-being and psychological distress and empirical findings from organisational research. |
