The model provides a framework for stimulating strategic thinking and building a culture that not only connects and motivates people around shared values but also focuses them upon common objectives. Key topics will include "The Mission Model" of strategic management, the mission statement, industry analysis, the strategic goal, strategic positioning, implementation, organizational development, nirvana and case studies.
