Application of statistical methods for solving problems in agribusiness. Review principles and applications of various statistical techniques. Review of statistical concepts and methods including presentation of data calculating numerical measures of location and variability, sampling methods, design sample frame, data transformation. Explore the relationship between experimental design and analysis include variance (ANOVA), multivariable analysis of variance, non-parametric techniques, time series analysis, comparison of means (t-test), correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, factor analysis, discriminate analysis, and cluster analysis. Various techniques for analysing and presenting qualitative and quantitative data, as well as other numerical measures of univariate and multivariate statistics. |
