Introduction
This course is designed for those who wish to improve their ability to analyse property investments and developments. It is suitable for private investors and developers as well as consultants to the property industry and practising professionals wishing to update their skills.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
A degree in an appropriate field of study from a recognised institution with at least one year of relevant work experience. Applicants without a degree or equivalent, but with extensive industry training and work experience, may be admitted at the discretion of the Head of School.
Recognition of Prior Learning
There is no recognition of prior learning however consideration may be given for unit substitution.
Duration and Availability
This fee-paying course is of one year part-time study and studies can only commence in the first semester of the academic year.
Additional Course Expenses
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study. Students are expected to have access to a CD Rom drive and may incur a cost for personal Internet access.
