| Syllabus: | This course builds on students’ financial studies to date to focus on areas of importance to Financial Planning practice in more depth. Students will learn to apply Chapter 7 of the Corporations Act and other legal matters not covered elsewhere to their practice. Ethical dimensions of Financial Planning are considered, including FASEA’s code of conduct and financial planning issues relevant to the experience of Indigenous Australians. Students will apply develop an understanding of risk and how this can be mitigated with insurance in the context of Financial Planning. |
