| Syllabus: | Students will develop knowledge of aetiology, pathology, clinical features and radiological features of common acute and chronic spinal and pelvic girdle neuromusculoskeletal pain disorders. Students will develop the knowledge and skills required to assess, interpret, diagnose, treat and manage common acute and chronic spinal and pelvic girdle neuromusculoskeletal disorders from an evidenced-based, biopsychosocial perspective, including patient education, preventative strategies, workplace interventions, mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue treatment techniques and exercise prescription. |
