Syllabus: | As a graduate employee within a simulating business environment, BLT Fitness and Wellbeing gym, students will analyse everyday business tasks, actions or strategies (related to that business but applicable to most businesses) such as advertising campaigns, pricing decisions, selling techniques and customer complaint resolution processes in the context of the Australian Competition and Consumer Law (the Act). The overarching focus is recognising and articulating to a line manager or a Board the impact that non compliance with the Act will have on the business, its management and the employees and suggesting alternative action. |
