Syllabus:

Pain - theory, effects, causes and control. Measurement of pain and behavioural aspects. Sport - classification of injury, principles of treatment, sports footwear and psychological aspects of sports. Common sports injuries relevant to the podiatrist. Rehabilitation. Dermatology - structure and function of skin an skin pathologies relevant to the foot and leg.
