This course is designed for those intending to pursue their property specialisation after a first degree in Property. This course can be chosen by Bachelor of Commerce, Property Double Major graduates to become Certified Property Valuers (CPV) or to enter the Master of Commerce (Property) by research.
Applicants must either hold a bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution in business or commerce, with a single or double major in property or have successfully completed a graduate diploma in property with a high level of academic performance.
No recognition of prior learning will be awarded however consideration may be granted for unit substitution.
This fee-paying course is one year full-time or equivalent part-time study.
Graduates are eligible for professional accreditation with the Australian Property Institute and CPV Licensing.
Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
