| Syllabus: | An inquiry approach to interpretation and critique of curricula and pedagogical materials is employed to plan for teaching, assessment, feedback and reporting on the English literacy learning of primary school children. Planning integration of English across the primary school curriculum is promoted within the context of safe, equal and equitable learning environments. Short and long term teaching and learning plans are developed which demonstrate English curriculum content knowledge and effective instructional approaches. The plan includes an individual, professional English teaching philosophy which demonstrates knowledge of learners and learning. |
