Syllabus: | Development of competencies in understanding human cardiorespiratory and neural physiology and measurement. Topics include pathophysiology of impaired airway clearance, clinical measurement and management, development and evaluation of treatment programsfor clinical populations with selected respiratory and cardiovascular pathologies. Topics on neurophysiology include peripheral afferent influences on motor control, central influences on motor control and pain mechanisms. |
