Syllabus:	The unit will develop reflective and analytical skills required to critically examine education practices. It will develop skills and knowledge associated with professional learning, cognitive coaching, the Department of Education and Training CompetencyFramework for teachers, and the Western Australian College of Teaching Professional Standards for Teaching. Research skills will be used and techniques developed throughout the program to inform a personal professional learning project.
