Syllabus: | An introduction to the legal aspects of contracts - identifying and achieving the requirements for a project and the formation of contracts. Tendering - negotiating a contract, identifying the managing risk, contract administration, dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation. Actual tuition undertaken is 16 hours of class in a four day module. |
