Syllabus:	Legislative and administrative control of environmental health. Parliamentary structure and processes for creating Acts and delegated legislation. The structure and function of state and local health departments. The Health Act 1911, delegated legislation and powers of environmental health personnel. The Local Government Act and associated Statutes. The nature of criminal law, civil law and equity. The law of torts, evidence and legal process. Administrative law, real property, agency and bailment.
