Syllabus:	Preparation for the Internship. Review of the Personal Philosophy of Teaching through reflection following the previous professional experience. Integrated planning in terms of the all encompassing nature of curriculum and outcomes based education (as reflected in current mandatory curriculum documents) and how it must reflect a well-informed teaching philosophy. Development of integrated planning techniques including the use of a wide range of instructional, management and assessment strategies, as well as a range of technologies and resources, aimed at maximizing the learning of all students. The writing of clear, detailed and assessable learning outcomes. Factors influencing the development of engaging and empowering learning environments.
