Syllabus:	The role of the supervisor in developing the science and mathematics teacher as a learner, the nature of teachers' work, the construction of teachers' knowledge, forms of teacher inquiry and reflection, provides teaching feedback, considers staff development programs for science and mathematics teachers, the conditions of schools which support teacher learning and connects supervisory tasks to roles, responsibilities and the purposes of schooling.
