Syllabus: | Development of basic physiotherapy competencies in the management of spinal musculoskeletal disorders. Aspects of typical acute and chronic spinal musculoskeletal discorders covered include aetiology, pathology and clinical features, assessment, clinicaldecision-making, and management strategies including education, prevention, occupational health, functional rehabilitation, manipulation, work hardening and case management, and health care system including legislation and insurance. |
