Syllabus: This unit focuses on the increasing importance of teamwork in achieving organisational goals, and examines the ability to lead and facilitate teams with the objective of utilising people's knowledge and cooperation for enhanced organisational performance. This unit makes the clear distinction between team leadership and team facilitation skills, and provides students with the opportunity to learn practical applications for group dynamics, effective meeting management skills, and how to balance personal, team and organisational needs.
