Syllabus:

Administrative management is not simply confined to supervision within the clerical work setting. In many organisations, the Administrative Manager (AM) is closely involved with the major functions and activities performed by the office including: planning; organisation and control of administrative systems and services; information and communication management; resources; facilities; and work environment. Issues concerning office and workplace automation, technology, ergonomics, security and safety.
