Software engineering projects are selected and undertaken in consultation with a member of the academic staff, usually working in a small group in conjunction with an industry partner or client. Projects are related to the design, implementation and testing of computing systems with associated literature reviews. Team-oriented software engineering processes are applied during all phases of the project. Management activities are undertaken and a range of software engineering tools are applied to resolve problems arising during the execution of the software development process. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
