Introduction

Design photography is a contemporary communication medium and practice that sees the photographer as a designer who is intrinsically linked and capable of managing every part of the design, conceptualisation and production process. An activity where the unique capabilities of the photographic medium are utilised, to motivate and produce design applications and other media or communication texts.
