The principles of inclusivity and integration, breadth and balance in the Western Australian Curriculum Framework. The LOTE learning area. Globalisation and the curriculum. Principles of multicultural, intercultural and civics education. School as culture. Innovation and planned change as cultural processes. Teachers as change agents - leadership during times of change. School-level evaluation and innovation.
