A Postgraduate Diploma in Business (Property) or an appropriate honours degree - first or upper second class.

The course is by research and normally requires one to two years full-time or equivalent part-time study.
Course Organisation
This course leads to a research degree however, specific coursework may be required in consulation with the Head of School.

Special Note
The Curtin Business School provides facilities and benefits for those studying this course by research, including access to suitable computer facilities, office space, financial assistance to attend appropriate intra or interstate conferences and towards associated research costs. It is a requirement that two-thirds of this course is undertaken by research and only one-third by coursework. Students should not enrol in this research course to receive the Graduate Diploma in Property but rather have undertaken it as a requisite for admission.
