Syllabus:

Introduction to building services - principles, systems, space implications and regulations related to water supply, waste disposal, internal air quality, ventilation for smoke control and mechanical air conditioning. Methods of security surveillance andmonitoring - overview of electrical requirements, lightning protection, and mechanical equipment for vertical and horizontal transportation.
