Introduction to chemical bonding. Shapes and polarity of molecules. States of matter and intermolecular forces. Periodic properties of elements. s-Block and p-Block Chemistry. Properties of gases. Colligative properties of solutions. Thermodynamics and equilibrium. Chemical kinetics. Introduction to organic chemistry - chemistry of the hydrocarbons.
