Syllabus:

Anatomical terminology, orientation/reference planes. Light and electron microscopy. Cell structure, function and division. Embryology. Epithelial tissues. Connective tissues. Anatomy, histology and physiology of body systems. A study of dental anatomy, tooth morphology and an introduction to occlusion. Laboratory practice.
