Syllabus:

Exploration of various aspects of the change of work methods process. The full spectrum of issues which can be involved in the process of redesigning work. These issues can be from implementation of family friendly policies to organisational restructuring, from TQM to re-engineering, from flattening structures to implementing more hierarchy, from training and development procedures to downsizing from skill formation. Redesign processes are put into a context which takes into account the impact of environmental factors and systems affecting any of the processes used in work redesign and their outcomes. Allows coverage of issues relevent to individuals professional careers.
