Syllabus:

An introduction to the basic and core concepts in recruiting and selection. The unit provides an analysis of various assessment procedures for the use in selecting and/or promoting staff. Students are introduced to concepts relating to these assessments devices and to the factors involved in making decisions to apply selection assessment procedures.
