Syllabus: |
Examines theoretical and practical aspects of workplace conflict management including - negotiation, bargaining, conciliation, advocacy, mediation and problem solving. Emphasis is placed on management of disputes and issues at the workplace level. Opportunity is provided for practical skill development in these processes. |
