Syllabus:

Introduction to sources of renewable energy. Photo-voltaic energy conversion; cells, modules and arrays. Principles of wind energy conversion. Modelling and simulation of renewable energy generators. Supply of electricity in remote areas. Energy storage.Standalone PV systems (SHS). Hybrid energy systems. Sizing of renewable energy systems. Economics of renewable energy systems.
