Syllabus:

Patient assessment. Principles of diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, prevention and treatment methods for caries and periodontal disease. Record keeping. Restorative dentistry - classical and modified preparations, insertion. Dental radiography - radiation, machines, films, quality, safety, periapicals, bitewings, occlusals, post-clinical procedures, interpretation, errors, lateral obliques. Dental trauma. Exodontia - instruments and techniques.
