Collection development - written collection development policies, collection measurement and evaluation, the Distributed National Collection, the national library and information infrastructure, user evaluation, selection procedure, selection aids, document delivery, alternative forms of publication and access, electronic periodicals, aggregation, consortia, storage and retrieval of collections, weeding-preservation and conservation, censorship.
