Syllabus: |
Information will be presented through the internet and discussed via a chat-room established for the students on the course. The syllabus will examine issues such as managing employees, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, working with a Board andfunding agencies, working with artists and managing an event, which will be surveyed in the workplace with the assistance of a mentor who will visit the student at the institution or agency where they work or are on placement to provide hands-on assistance and advice. |
