Development of interpersonal skills and practitioner expertise in interview and counselling situations. Identification of client goals and related agendas. Conceptualisation of client issues. Selection of suitable methodologies, especially from brief strategic approaches, couples, narrative, mediation and interactive training procedures. Understanding of ethical principles in relation to this area.
