Examines the processes and practices contributing to performance of teams within an organisation and how these processes can be analysed and improved. Includes process mapping, flow charting, linking and integrating services and workflow, determining performance gaps, use of behavioural observation scales. Major group assignment to conduct a performance analysis on a real organisation. |
