Syllabus:

Introduction to epidemiological research designs, measurements of morbidity and mortality, reliability and validity, properties of rates and ratios, age standardization procedures. A review of descriptive and analytical epidemiological studies, inferenceand causation. Basic descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, using SPSS software.
