Syllabus:

An examination of property transactions from inception to final settlement and registration. Procedures and documentation relating to transfers, leases, mortgages and other conveyances. Financing and mortgages. Zoning and subdivision of land. Principles relating to compulsory acquisition of land. Public purpose controls.
