Syllabus:

An in-depth study of drug groups relevant to podiatric practice including their actions, indications, contraindications, adverse reactions, drug interactions. Doses of - antibiotics and antifungal agents, non-steroidal anti inflammatory drugs, analgesics, sedatives and hypnotics, general anaesthetic agents and drugs used in the treatment of acute adverse drug reactions. Prescription writing and drug regulations.
