Syllabus:

Significant figures, precision and accuracy. Plane triangle solutions. Radiation, intersection and resection on the plane. Traverse computations and the Bowditch adjustment. Areas of rectilinear figures. Basic survey computations using plane coordinates - forward and reverse geodetic problems on the plane. Missing elements. Road intersections. Simple subdivision calculations. Curves - simple, compound and reverse.
