Particular attention is paid to examining the challenges of change and reform brought about by contemporary transformations to the social, economic, cultural, political and technological fabric. The program is designed to facilitate an understanding of these transformations and their implications for public organisations. Through critical reflection, students will be equipped with theoretical perspectives and practical methods so that they are less inclined to be swept along by change but rather are more able to exert control and prevent its more negative effects. Course Entry Requirements/PrerequisitesA Graduate Certificate in Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognised Australian tertiary institution, or equivalent qualification.
