The complexity of an organisation's physical infrastructure and the diversity of users demand formal, comprehensive, strategic and technical management. This course provides the skills, knowledge and techniques to apply facilities management processes. Course Entry Requirements/PrerequisitesStudents would normally hold a degree from a recognised tertiary institution and three years relevant work experience or a minimum of five years relevant management experience. Entry is subject to approval by the Course Controller. Duration and AvailabilityThis fee paying course is one year part-time with all units conducted in the evening. Additional Course ExpensesStudents may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials. In addition, students may also need to contribute some of the cost of consumables, which varies depending on the area of study.
