Students enrolling in the course may currently be working in Indigenous health, education or related areas. The course is delivered in block mode and has a strong Indigenous focus, covering the planning, implementation and evaluation of health promotion programs in Indigenous communities. Course Entry Requirements/PrerequisitesAn Associate Diploma in Aboriginal Health Studies or equivalent. Students must apply via the Combined Universities Centre for Rural Health in Geraldton. Specific RequirementsApplicants for this course should refer to the Communicable Diseases and Criminal Record Screening/Clearance Section of this publication. Students may be required to participate in a professional placement as part of the course requirements.
