Syllabus: | The planning and development of staffing systems that are ethical and professional to estimate the quality and quantity of human resources required to meet strategic business objectives of organisations. Examining advantages and disadvantages of internal and external recruitment and analysing and evaluating appropriate selection methods and techniques to align with business objectives and culture in attracting and retaining the best human resources. |
