Syllabus: Physical, mental state and risk assessment data collection, documentation and interpretation of data. Apply therapeutic communication and meet nursing competency standards in selected clinical contexts. Apply principles of primary health care. Utilise Australian and International health data to review and evaluate contemporary health issues and determine strategies for promotion of wellness across the lifespan in individual, family, and community contexts. Screening for disease risk. Apply principles of client/patient education and educational resource development. Provide nursing care to support patient self care/well-being across the lifespan. Medication mathematics diagnostics.
