| Syllabus: | Sustainability requires change and change requires leadership. This unit provides the rationale for why a business, agency or NGO needs to address sustainability at all levels of its organization and how the innovative ones are exploring what this can mean. It then establishes a process for those engaged in the course to take their own leadership aspirations to a new level. The unit will provide an academic and a personal challenge to all who attend. |
