Syllabus: | Body defence: infection, autoimmunity and anaphylaxis. Homeostasis: regulation of pH and shock. Mobility: fractures, soft tissue injuries and vertebral column injuries. Metabolism and nutrition: hepatobiliary and renal dysfunction. Oxygenation: cardiac dysfunction, peripheral vascular disease, anaemia, haemostasis and thromboemboli. |
