| Syllabus: | This highly practical and applied unit equips students with the tools, techniques and theoretical understanding to undertake a comprehensive business process improvement (BPI). The unit touches on methodologies, such as Six Sigma, but goes beyond it to draw heavily on the Rummler-Brache methodology and approach to BPI. Students are required to work in groups to review and recommend a BPI on a real organisation business process problem. |
