Introduction
This course is designed to suit the various objectives of those intending to pursue postgraduate studies in business law. It develops a high level of expertise in a functional area of business through a combination of advanced studies in the Business Law field. It explores a particular aspect of a functional area of business through an in-depth study of business law.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
An undergraduate degree in a field other than business law or a relevant graduate certificate or graduate diploma.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis. Recognition is provided for the units undertaken in the Curtin University courses: Graduate Certificate in Business Law/ Graduate Certificate in Employment Law and Graduate Diploma in Business Law.
Duration and Availability
This fee-paying course is three semesters full-time or equivalent part-time study.
