Introduction
Provides a qualification for people working or proposing to work in a field that requires a knowledge of business law, and who are interested in studies into the legal and practical aspects of law.
Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites
Applicants must have either a bachelor degree in any field from a recognised Australian tertiary institution, or equivalent qualification, or substantial work experience including at least two years in the field of industrial relations, law or legal issues in commerce.
Recognition of Prior Learning
Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis. Recognition of prior learning may be given to students who have completed equivalent units previously studied in another postgraduate course in a recognised Australian tertiary institution or equivalent qualification.
Duration and Availablity
The course is one semester full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Students may specialise in a particular aspect of business law through the large choice of available optional units.
